Hair Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience is very important to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 48 business hours. The salon’s business hours are from 10-6 Tuesday through Saturday.

  • A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 business hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.
  • Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try to do my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
  • After 2 missed or late cancelled appointments, a credit card will be required to make future appointments. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
  • In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.
