Cancellation and no-show policy
Your appointments and convenience is very important to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 48 business hours. The salon’s business hours are from 10-6 Tuesday through Saturday.

- To cancel or reschedule any appointment: Call (919) 851-2811 and leave a voice message at the salon’s main number or; Send an email to CaryStyleSmith@gmail.com
- A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 business hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.
- Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try to do my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
- After 2 missed or late cancelled appointments, a credit card will be required to make future appointments. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
- In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.

Get in touch with me as soon as you can to reschedule the appointment in the event of an emergency. I can waive the cancellation charge in case of an emergency, but it is vital to check with me before it is processed.
6. What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?
The majority of salons impose a no-show fee on customers who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment. This fee, which the salon may decide to impose, is often a percentage of the service cost. Please review the salon’s no-show policy before making a reservation.

In exceptional scenarios, like emergencies or unforeseen events, I may make exceptions to the cancellation policy. These are typically deaths, illnesses, catastrophes or any other “acts of God” that are obviously unplanned and unavoidable.
