Due to health and hygiene regulations, we only accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged hair and beauty products.

To qualify for a return:

      • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

      • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

We cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to sanitary regulations.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For consumer protection and product safety, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

      • Opened or used hair, skincare, or cosmetic products

      • Hair extensions, wigs, or brushes removed from packaging

      • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

      • Gift cards or digital downloads

      • Personalized or custom-made products

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement, exchange, or refund — at no cost to you.


5. Return Process

2. Prepare Your Return
Place your item securely in its original packaging and include your name, order number, and contact details.

3. Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the address provided by our support team.

    • Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

4. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
For all other cases, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
