This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through CaryStyleSmith.com.
Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all customers within the United States.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the continental United States.

Please Note:

    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands).

    • Orders placed with an ineligible address will be canceled and refunded.

Our business is headquartered in North Carolina, USA, and all orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. location.


2. Shipping Carrier & Rates

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Standard Ground Shipping.

      • Flat Shipping Rate: $9.95 (applied per order)

      • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

We do not currently offer expedited, overnight, or international shipping options.


3. Order Processing Times

      • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

      • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.

      • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it has shipped, including tracking details.

Please Note: During high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be extended slightly.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the USPS website.

5. Delivery Times

Standard USPS ground delivery generally takes:

      • 3–5 business days to East Coast and Southern U.S. destinations

      • 5–7 business days to Central and West Coast destinations

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays due to weather, postal service disruptions, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

      • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

      • Lost or misdelivered packages resulting from customer input errors

If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at carystylesmith@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

1. Check with neighbors or building management first.

2. Contact your local USPS office for delivery details.

3. If the issue is unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at carystylesmith@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will work with USPS to assist in locating your package, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as “Delivered” by USPS.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at carystylesmith@gmail.com with:

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


9. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

    • The $9.95 original shipping fee, and

    • A $9.95 reshipping fee (if reshipment is requested)

Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus shipping charges.


10. Shipping Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. Postal Service holidays:

    • New Year’s Day

    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

    • Presidents’ Day

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • Veterans Day

    • Thanksgiving Day

    • Christmas Day

Orders placed on these dates will be processed the next business day.
